Bead Table Wednesday (3-2-11)

Let me go ahead and say that my post yesterday goes into more detail and has more pictures, but does not have the links. Shoot . . . read both. I don't mind at all!

Today is Wednesday and that means it's time for some more Bead Table Wednesday pictures.

I started my day as I have almost every day this week - reading Bead Soup Blog posts. I'm close to the end though with only about 35 blogs or so left to go. This is the list I've been staring at all week.

I made a spontaneous trip to Hobby Lobby yesterday on a whim and was pleased as punch to find that they've already started selling ICE Resin. Of course, I snatched myself up a syringe-full. I made a point to play with it today. First, I pulled out a bunch of bezels and some paper.

Then, I worked sorting through decorative papers and tiny bits of this and that to fill the bezels. Here are my bezels with their decorations, but lacking the resin.

I mixed up the resin and poured it in the bezels as directed. Here's a peek at them curing. I'm hoping I can share some better pictures of each of the pieces tomorrow when they're nice and dry.

Oh, and for fun . ..here's one of my favorite items that's always on my bead table. My monkey pencil holder. My mom got it for me forever ago and I just adore him!
